About the International Woman Leadership Conference

In 34 years of building a manufacturing group and being involved in corporate work across several boards and companies both in Nigeria and beyond, Ibukun Awosika has come to realize that women are not only technically competent at all levels, but are driven, ambitious, and desire to be valuable additions to their organizations and nations. There is however a gap between technical knowledge and other necessary skills required to compete effectively with men in the place of leadership.
