Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts up to 120 days before the conference date. If it is 31 days or less to the conference date, your payment will be non-refundable. Full details are below:

• More than 120 days before the conference start date: Full amount (excluding transaction fees) is refundable.

• 120 to 31 days before the conference start date: Payment is non-refundable. However, registration can be deferred to the next conference year (any fee difference must be covered by the delegate).

• Within 30 days of the conference start date or during the conference month: The full registration fee will be forfeited.

Refunds

If your refund request falls within the eligible period, we will notify you of the approval and process the refund. Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment.
