OJA Group is launching its ‘Journey to Success: Empowering Young Women and Girls’ personal development and career planning programme, starting with a workshop on 14 June 2024 in the Dagenham and Redbridge area.
You can expect to hear from inspirational black women who will provide advice, guidance and support through the workshop and 3 month mentoring relationship that will follow, based on the success they’ve achieved in their respective fields.
Placement Opportunity
In addition, you will also have the privilege of a unique two-week work experience placement with opportunities in Human Resources, Information Technology, Finance, Communications, Learning and Development, Office Management, Catering, Health and Safety, Operations in Property Management and Operations in Cleaning.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for these placements will have basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Some work placement opportunities may require a DBS check and this will be funded by the organisation.
The programme will also provide help and advice on CV writing, preparing your linked in profile, completing applications and interview preparation to gain your next employment.
